Are you insured?

Yes, every employee at Eco Living Cleaning Service is fully insured with up to date police checks.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes, we are! We also have designated vacuums for houses with and without pets. If you have any special requests regarding their care please let us know ahead of time.

Do I need to supply a vacuum for you?

No – all of the Eco Living Cleaning Service cleaners come fully equip. However, if you prefer we use your vacuum that can be arranged, we ask that you let us know prior to your clean.

What city/ areas do you service?

We’re currently servicing Oakville, Burlington, and Milton. We are currently offering a weekend service in Hamilton. If you are outside of those cities, please feel free to still contact us as we do take special requests.

Can I cancel or re schedule my service?

Yes – we understand that things come up. We do ask that you give us 24-48 hours notice to avoid any cancellation costs.

Do I need to be home for the service?

No, we do not require our clients to be home for the duration of the clean. Clients are welcome to leave us with a copy of their key, lock box, or garage code.

How many team members will service my home?

There will always be a minimum of two Eco Living Cleaning Service cleaners in your home.

What are my payment options?

We accept e-transfer, cheque and cash. Payment is taken on the day of the clean.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No way hose a. We bill our clients on a per visit basis.

Do I have to do anything before the cleaning?

No, we take care of all the dirty work. If you have any special requests, please let us know prior to your clean.

Who has access to the keys to my home?

Our Eco Living Cleaning Service cleaners, who clean your home, are the only ones with access. Keys are coded individually and kept separate from the master list.
